About Us

SPIS is a concept conceived from a deep passion for the culinary arts, creativity and the pure beauty of Scandinavia and entered the UK market in July 2019 with a pop-up café on Westbourne Grove, in Notting Hill, the concept was focused around lunch and brunch with emphasis on Nordic-inspired baked goods and clean vegan/vegetarian dishes. Based on feedback from our previous customers, our goal is to make vegan food easy and accessible by creating SPIS Vegan deli items and meal kits.
